Terms and conditions of purchase.
1- Guarantees and returns.
• We certify that our items are original antiques except for an item where it is specified in the description that it is a facsimile or contemporary reproduction. Otherwise we promise to refund the amount of the purchase.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receiving it. The item must be received in the same conditions in which it was sent and the packaging in which it was received, otherwise the good could suffer a depreciation. Once it has been verified that everything arrives in good condition, the amount will be returned to the current account that you indicate.
• In the event of a return due to our error, such as the case that we send the wrong item, we, Grabados Antiguos Lanzarote SL, will bear the return shipping costs.
• The items that can be found at www.Grabadosantiguoslanzarote.com are antiques and collectibles with a minimum age of 60 years.
• To return an item within 14 days of receiving it, just call us or write us an email and we will tell you how to proceed.
2- IGIC and shipping costs.
• All articles carry the IGIC included.
• For Peninsular Spain, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands: Shipments to Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands will be free as long as the order is greater than € 100.00 and you will not have to pay additional shipping costs. For orders less than € 100.00 shipping costs will be added, the cost will depend on the dimensions of the item. Shipments within the peninsula are made through the Transport Agency or by Blue Post Office Package.
• For Europe, Asia, America and the Rest of the World: Shipping costs to Europe and the rest of the world are not included. Shipments are made through specialized Transport Agencies. We work with several transport agencies and the rates that we have are very cheap. To know the exact price of the transport to your home, contact us before your purchase, providing us with your zip code and we will send you different urgent transport options.
3- Payment methods
• We accept payment in cash, bank transfer or PayPal.
• We accept credit cards that are managed through PayPal, for which it is not necessary that you have a PayPal account open. However, if you do not have a credit card, you can still make the payment through a PayPal account.
• Payment must be made within 7 days after confirming the order.
• Items will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours of purchase. The arrival time will depend on the chosen shipping method (transport agency or post) and the buyer's country of residence. The normal is 24-72 hours for Spain and between 3 and 10 days for Europe and the rest of the World.
